Through close and on-going collaboration with you, the client, our consultants are able to ensure you receive the support you want and need.

In most situations, McCann & Associates will assign a team that will often include at least two people, even if only one is needed on-site, to your engagement. This adds minimally to the cost you incur, and yet greatly enhances the talent, thought, and experience applied to your engagement.

Billing
Every engagement is different, so once you contact us with a description of your needs we
will send you an engagement letter that outlines the expected professional fees. McCann & Associates charges only for actual time and strives to use our time effectively.

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of what enables our process to work. From inquiries to the identity of our clients to the many key aspects of our engagements everything is kept in strict confidence. We believe that we must have your trust in order to make our process effective,
and so confidentiality is vital.
