Through close and on-going collaboration with you, the client, our consultants are able to ensure you receive the support you want and need.

In most situations, McCann Consulting Group will assign a team that will often include at least two people, even if only one is needed onsite, to your engagement. This adds minimally to the cost you incur, and yet greatly enhances the talent, thought, and experience applied to your engagement.

Our goal is to integrate your input and guide you through a process that will quickly and effectively allow your family to carry on without our help, although we consider ourselves available whenever you might need us and many of our clients work with repeatedly as different issues arise.

As with any business, it is often necessary to bring in outside advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, and bankers, to guide the business in making essential business decisions. McCann Consulting Group will work with your existing professionals to build on the foundation you have already put in place. Billing
Every engagement is different, so once you contact us with a description of your needs we will send you an engagement letter that outlines the expected professional fees. McCann Consulting Group charges only for actual time and strives to use our time effectively.

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of what enables our process to work. From inquiries to the identity of our clients to the many key aspects of our engagements everything is kept in strict confidence. We beleive that we must have your trust in order to make our process effective, and so confidentiality is vital.
